Preparation time: 20 minutes
Method of preparation:
- Take required quantity of flour.
- Add little salt for taste.
- Use Hot water to prepare dough.
- Roll Chapathi using rolling pin and make thin rotis.
- Heat the tava and cook the roti till brown spots appear on both sides.
- Serve Hot.
Note: Don't use normal water, as it will be little hard to prepare. Use well heated water and mix it with a handle. Always prepare fresh and serve, if you prepare and keep it will become hard and touch to chew.
